Applying for your loan is easy!

1. Complete our Complete Application Form. This is recommended if you are ready to apply now. The process can take approximately five to fifteen minutes. You will have the opportunity to save your work and return to it later.
2. Complete our Short Application Form. This process usually takes less than five minutes. A loan officer will contact you once we receive your application. Please NOTE:  Make sure you have indicated the loan officer that directed to here AND please input your date of birth in the additional comments box at the end of the application.
3. Call us and we will take your application over the phone.
4. Have a loan officer contact you
5. Download the loan application, complete it as best you can, then mail or fax it to us.
6. Flat Fee Realty customers - complete this form and receive discounted loan fees.

          Be sure to write "Flat Fee Customer" in the questions/comments box

    7.   LIGHTHOUSE customers - complete this form and choose LHS Investor or

          LHS Borrower as your loan officer from the drop down screen.
