Team Bohannon specializes in developing builder relationships.  Team Bohannon's philosophy is simple:

We offer the following benefits to our partnering builders

·         Weekly reports on all loan in process so your closing coordinator and sales managers can be kept up to date on loan progress

·         Complete and constant communication through email and phone to your real estate agents on loans in process so we can work as a team to get borrowers to the closing table on time

·         We work as partners with builders’ mortgage companies rather than as competition. We believe that if we support them and the builder we will all be successful

·         We have an on-call team member on weekends so that borrowers or agents have someone they can contact if they need something after business hours

·         We are one of the few lending teams in Georgia! We find that by having a team that we can serve the agents and borrowers to a more effective extent. This also avoids the borrower being passed from person to person. Once I place the loan, the only other person that contacts the borrower all the way to closing is their personal administrator who processes and coordinates closing. This administrator also coordinates with the agents both buying and selling on the loan progress so that everyone is informed.
